1. What ClauseCheck is

ClauseCheck.eu is an AI-powered informational service operated by Rapid Ventures AI (Belgium). It analyses a single PDF contract uploaded by the user and returns a written report flagging potentially concerning clauses.

2. Not legal advice

The report is an informational preview, not legal advice. ClauseCheck is not a law firm. We do not form an attorney-client relationship with you. Before making any decision about a contract, consult a licensed lawyer in your jurisdiction.

3. Price, payment, refunds

€6.99 per analysis, paid via Stripe Checkout, VAT included where applicable. Refunds are available if the report cannot be generated for technical reasons or is obviously broken — email contact@rapidventuresai.com within 14 days.

4. Acceptable use

You may only upload contracts you have a right to read. Do not upload documents containing material you are contractually or legally forbidden to share with third-party AI services.

5. AI limitations and liability

Reports are generated by large language models and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or hallucinated findings. Our maximum liability is the price you paid for the analysis.

6. Governing law

Belgian law; exclusive venue of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
